Past

Originally from rural Arkansas, I am a writer and artist living in Porto. A MacDowell Fellow, Yaddo Residency recipient, Fulbright Scholar, Tennessee Williams Scholar, and twice Pushcart Prize Nominee, my work has won awards and appeared in numerous literary magazines such as Tin House, Gulf Coast, The Gettysburg Review, River Styx, New Letters, and others.
